During my recent stay at Du Parc - Mulhouse Centre, I had the pleasure of experiencing the mythical Charlie's Bar with its enchanting art-deco ambiance. As a connoisseur of fine dining, I was delighted to taste a selected menu concocted with obvious love and dedication. The region's rich gastronomic and wine tradition was truly showcased in the traditional winstubs nearby, offering a wide range of refined and tasty cocktails, including unique creations by skilled bartenders. The evening was elegantly accented by the muffled atmosphere of Charlie's Bar, inviting guests to savor exquisite cocktails and signature flavors, like the unforgettable rosehip jam.The breakfast was a delightful affair, with a spread of pastries, coffee, juices, cold meats. The proximity to traditional restaurants such as La Marmite and Winstub Henriette offered a perfect opportunity to explore the local flavors. Du Parc - Mulhouse Centre's culinary innovation and welcoming ambiance make it a must-visit destination for any discerning food enthusiast.
